I’ve never managed a heart with a milk pitcher. With MugPress, I add a cocoa heart to my finished cappuccino using the stencil. A small detail, but it makes my morning cup feel special.
Bought it for my sister, who already has every coffee gadget. She sent me a picture of a cocoa paw on her latte that weekend. Now visitors get to choose their own design.
My kids pick their stencil while I make the hot chocolate, then I add the cocoa picture on top. The hardest part is getting them to agree on a design before breakfast.
The MugPress printer, a USB charging cable and a stack of design cards, all in a gift-ready box.
The box is 20 × 20 × 20 cm, so the printer itself sits comfortably on the counter next to your coffee machine.
Free shipping. Orders leave within 24 hours and arrive in 5 to 9 business days, with tracking on every order.
Not for you? Message info@mugpress.com within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full.
Made in one press
It's as simple as this: put it on your cup and press. Every design here took one press, no barista skills and no mess.
Weekday espressos, weekend lattes, hot chocolate for the kids — one press turns any cup into something worth a photo.
Slide in a stencil card, hold the press over your cup and you're done. Hearts on a Monday, a snowflake in winter, a smiley for the kids.
It earns a permanent spot next to the coffee machine and brings a small surprise to every cup. It arrives in a box that's ready to give.
Fill it with cocoa or cinnamon, hold it over the foam and press. No steady hand, no milk-jug tricks, no mess on the counter.
Before you order
The printer, a USB charging cable and a set of reusable stencil cards, in a gift-ready box.
Cocoa, cinnamon, matcha or any other fine, dry powder.
It works on anything with a smooth, foamy top: lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites and hot chocolate.
Yes. Rinse them, let them dry and use them again.
Every order ships free with tracking. Orders leave within 24 hours and arrive in 5 to 9 business days.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.

5/5The green one now sits beside my espresso machine. I took this picture while unpacking it because the color looked good with the rest of my setup. Once my cappuccino is ready, I use a stencil and cocoa to add the finishing picture.

5/5My family gave me the black MugPress for Christmas. I was still sitting with the wrapping paper in my lap when they took this picture. The grandchildren helped choose the first stencil, and I added the cocoa design after their hot chocolate was ready.

5/5The cocoa reindeer on her hot chocolate got a bigger reaction than the cookies. She wanted a photo first.

5/5Tried the star stencil on a finished drink before settling down on the couch. The cocoa shape showed up nicely in the glass cup, so I took a quick picture on the coffee table. The black printer usually goes back in the kitchen afterward.

5/5Got the green MugPress for my dad. He sat at the dining table turning it around and looking through the box before we even made coffee. We tried it afterward, adding a cocoa design to his finished cappuccino. He kept the reusable cards beside his mugs.

5/5The USB rechargeable setup is convenient for my shop because we can charge it between busy periods and keep the counter free of another permanent cable. It is a small detail, but in a crowded workspace that makes a difference.

5/5My partner pulled the black printer out of the gift bag and immediately asked which stencil we should try first. We were still at the table with the wrapping everywhere. After making our drinks, we added cocoa pictures and sent a photo to the family chat.

5/5Our son insisted on holding the new green MugPress for a Christmas morning picture. Choosing the stencil has become his job, while I handle the powder and warm drinks. He likes seeing the picture appear on top of hot chocolate we've already prepared.

5/5Bought the white one as a small surprise for my partner. She posed with it in the kitchen before we'd even picked a design. We made coffee first, then used MugPress to put cocoa pictures on the finished foam. The first photo went straight to her sister.

5/5Cocoa paw on my cappuccino, matching stencil beside it. This card is staying at the front of the stack.

5/5My sister opened this on the couch and wanted a picture with it before clearing away the wrapping paper. We tried a couple of reusable stencil cards later, once the hot chocolate was made. A much more entertaining coffee gift than another bag of beans.

3/5Bought it for a friend, and she sent me a photo of a cocoa French bulldog on her latte. Cute, but the finer bits were hard to make out. We tried the heart card next and that was much clearer. I'd stick with the simpler designs.

5/5My grandson picked Santa for his hot chocolate, which was already made and cool enough to hold. I added the cocoa face with MugPress before giving him the mug. He held it carefully for the picture so Santa wouldn't disappear before everyone had seen it.

5/5Unpacked the white MugPress at the kitchen table and left everything spread out while I looked through the stencil cards. It doesn't take up much room. My first try was a cocoa picture on a cappuccino I'd already made, then I put the cards beside the mugs.

5/5My son chose the snowman card and wouldn't drink his hot chocolate until I'd taken a picture. I made the drink first, added the cocoa design, and waited until it was cool enough for him to hold. That grin made the extra step worthwhile.

5/5One snowman, one gingerbread person. We made two mugs of hot chocolate and used MugPress to add different cocoa designs on top. I like that we can change the reusable card between cups. Both drinks had to wait while we got a picture together.

5/5The Christmas tree is my favorite of the holiday cards. I added this cocoa tree after making the drink and took a picture on the dining table. The green MugPress ended up in the shot too. Now everyone wants a different stencil when they visit.

5/5I was checking where the black printer would fit on our crowded counter when I took this photo. It now lives near the mugs. I make the coffee as usual, then pull out MugPress when I feel like adding a cocoa design to the finished foam.

4/5We keep the reusable cards by our cafe counter so customers can pick a picture for their finished drinks. One regular always wants the moon in cocoa. I do have to check the card placement before pressing, or the design ends up noticeably off-center.

5/5Opened the box on the couch instead of waiting until I got to the kitchen. The white printer was wrapped up with the rest of the kit, and I wanted a closer look. Later, I used a reusable stencil to add a cocoa picture to my finished latte.

3/5The cocoa heart in the photo came out nicely on my finished latte, but it took a couple of tries to get there. Too much powder made the outline fuzzy. I like the white printer on my counter, though I'm still working on making the results consistent.

5/5Took the green MugPress along for coffee and tried the moon stencil on a finished cup. I like that simple crescent more than the busier designs. We took this picture at the wooden table with the cafe in the background, then finally stopped fussing and drank our coffee.

4/5The white MugPress looked right at home among the presents under our Christmas tree. We tried the stencil cards later on drinks we'd already prepared. Nice little gift, although lining up the design took some practice. My first cocoa picture was closer to the rim than the middle.

4/5I like a cinnamon moon on my evening cappuccino, and the kids choose cocoa paws for hot chocolate. The moon is easier for me to get neat. The little gaps in the paw need a lighter dusting than I first thought.

Brandon Hawkins

5/5I spread a few reusable cards beside the printer to choose a design and managed to scatter cinnamon on the counter in the process. Once my cappuccino was ready, I used a smaller amount for the picture. The cards stack away neatly when I'm done experimenting.

5/5The black MugPress fits in the space beside our espresso machine, with the cups still easy to reach. The machine makes the coffee; I use MugPress afterward to add a cocoa design on top. It's a small extra step when we're making drinks for two.

4/5At our small cafe, we offer a choice of cocoa pictures on finished cappuccinos. People often photograph the heart or paw before drinking. Smooth foam and a light dusting matter, though. On rougher surfaces, the stencil edges look patchy, so we don't offer it on every drink.

4/5I've tried adding pictures to lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolate we already make at home. Cocoa on smooth cappuccino foam has been the most forgiving. My hot chocolate surface varies, so that picture doesn't come out equally sharp every time.

4/5My only real adjustment was learning how much powder to use. My first attempt with cocoa was too heavy and looked messy. A much lighter layer worked better, especially on smooth cappuccino foam. After that, the process was very easy.

4/5It fits between the mugs and grinder in my small home coffee setup. I charge it by USB and pull it out for cocoa pictures on finished lattes. Still practicing the powder amount, since my first couple of hearts had fuzzy edges.

4/5Ordered it for the Christmas stencil designs. Customers at our little cafe noticed the cocoa pictures on their cappuccinos and a few took photos. The finer parts aren't always distinct, so I need to keep the powder light and the foam surface smooth.

4/5At our family gathering, adults chose hearts and moons for their lattes, and kids picked paws for hot chocolate. I added the cocoa pictures after the drinks were ready. We got a fun table photo, although a couple of designs came out blurry on bubbly foam.

3/5Tried MugPress during a quiet afternoon at my coffee shop. Customers liked choosing a cocoa picture for their cappuccinos, but results varied with the foam. The heart was readable more often than the French bulldog. For now I'm keeping it to a few selected drinks.

4/5I use matcha sometimes because I like the color against milk foam, although cocoa is still the easiest to get crisp. The important thing is a fairly smooth surface. If the foam is too bubbly, the design does not look nearly as clean.
